Megana D’Aleo
Megana joined the team at RVJ in Fall 2019 and became an associate in February 2020. Megana D’Aleo is a 2018 graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York.
Prior to attending law school, Megana attended the University of Chicago, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Civilizations in Spring 2015. Throughout her law school career, she engaged in internships in the areas of immigration law and intellectual property law. She was also a staff member and notes & articles editor on Fordham’s Intellectual Property Law Journal.
Drew Morgan
Drew joined the team at RVJ in 2023 as Of Counsel to the firm. Drew C. Morgan is an attorney with experience in commercial litigation. He also specializes in entertainment matters holding a both a J.D. and LL.M. from Brooklyn Law School and UCLA Law School, respectively.
He has been brought in to assist in negotiation and meditation for out-of-state high-value corporate and real estate disputes.
Specifically, Drew’s competencies include negotiation, transactional work, litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and providing conflict resolution consultation for other attorneys.
He is admitted to the New York Bar and the Washington State Bar.
On weekends, Drew enjoys surfing and resides in New York City.
Samantha H. Slepowitz
Samantha graduated Union College Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. She graduated Hofstra Law School Cum Laude in 2007, where she concentrated her studies on family law and interned with Judge Ruth C. Balkin of the New York Supreme Court. Immediately upon graduation Samantha began her legal career by working for an exclusive boutique Manhattan matrimonial firm. She remained at such firm for 16 years until its closure in 2023. Thereafter she joined RVJ and has provided a fresh perspective for our firm’s approach to resolution.
Samantha has exclusively dedicated her career to the practice of matrimonial and family law. She has drafted hundreds of family contracts, including prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, custody agreements and divorce settlement agreements. Her ability to reduce complex notions into easily understandably terms has often helped reach final resolution.
She has received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Family Law and is a long-standing member of the American Bar Association.

Isaiah Vallejo-Juste
Isaiah Vallejo-Juste is an attorney with over twelve years of experience in matrimonial and commercial litigation and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the year 2019. Isaiah has represented some of New York’s City’s most successful and affluent individuals in the area of family law, including, divorces, prenuptial agreements, support hearings, custody proceedings, family offense proceedings, appeals, and all other family law proceedings throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Isaiah often also taps into his substantial commercial litigation experience in litigating complex financial issues involved in a divorce.
Steven Rosenfeld
Steven was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1982 giving him over 30 years of experience in litigating matrimonial, real estate, and commercial matters. Steven is one of only a handful of lawyers admitted to try cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also admitted in both New York and New Jersey and has tried cases in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Chicago,IL, Florida and California.
